We are searching for a technical writer to deliver both internal and

customer facing documentation, working collaboratively with product

management, engineering and QA/RA teams.

*Job description**:*

· Responsible for preparing and maintaining technical documentation

· Creates, writes, edits and maintains end user documentation for

operational, instructional, integration and maintenance guides

· Reviews UI messages and screens

· When required, performs internal peer training in field of

expertise

*Required Qualifications**:*

· English native language, or native language level

· 5+ years' experience in technical writing for an international

company – preference for experience in the medical field

· Good command of MadCap Flare

· Experience with Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphics applications

· Experience in creating multiple types of documents including

customer-facing user guides, quick reference guides and technical material

for internal use

*Advantages:*

preference for experience with FDA submissions

· Familiar with SharePoint

· Experience working with a document management system

· Higher education from an English speaking institution

· Experience working in a software company
