RAD Data Communications (www.rad.com) is seeking an experienced, part-time (~75%), in-house technical writer to join the Technical Writing department in Tel Aviv.

Job description

  • Overall responsibility (initiating, content development, process ownership, publishing and maintenance) for technical publications (data sheets, manuals, release notes) of modern telecom products
  • Implementing RAD's professional documentation standards in a supportive team atmosphere
  • Immediate start as a freelancer, company employee starting mid-January

Requirements

  • Technical degree or background
  • Meaningful work experience (preferably with CLI-based hardware products)
  • Excellent English, time management and administrative skills
  • Power user of Word, Visio, Acrobat (SmartDocs, Flare and Captivate - an advantage)
