TW for Wix Customer Solutions Team

As a knowledge base guru, you’ll give our users a first-rate Wix experience by creating clear, eye-level tutorials and articles for our online help library. From how-to texts to product walk-throughs, you’ll develop and update all types of content. A hands-on team player, you’ll interact with many people throughout the company in order to gain key insights of our products and better focus on users’ needs. The work can be challenging, with several ongoing projects and tight deadlines – yet there’ll always be time to unwind with your team on our fabulous rooftop after work.


  • Produce well-written content for the Wix Knowledge Base, including how-to articles, walk-throughs, feature requests and documentation of known issues
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to produce content and identify documentation requirements
  • Analyze content suitability, user satisfaction and ticket reduction
  • Ensure accurate information on all projects
  • Deliver under tight deadlines with minimal revisions


  • Native English-speaker – a must
  • 2+ years of professional experience in content, technical or product writing
  • Ability to translate complex information into user-friendly content
  • Proven experience in graphic design, interactive design, or video tutorials - an advantage
  • Internet-savvy
  • Flexibility to handle multiple projects and changing priorities
