About The Position

  • Create and update product data sheets, installation manuals

  • Create and update software release notes and manuals

  • Update web pages and resources including Knowledge Center

  • Review and edit software application text/content

  • Close collaboration with engineering and marketing colleagues

Requirements

  • Native English speaker, professional English reading and writing skills

  • Experience with ‘Single Source’ technical writing methodology preferred

  • Experience with MadCap Flare technical authoring software or similar preferred

  • Experience with CSS and table style sheets, HTML editing, and image processing preferred

  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Visio, and basic computer programs

  • Basic understanding of electronics and computer programming concepts

  • Degree in electrical/computer/mechanical engineering preferred

  • 2+ years’ high-tech company work experience

  • Strong task management and project management skills

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and teamwork skills
